His first payment was in July, 2012 – and then Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Services Canada Minister Diane Finley figured out just who the boy’s father was, Terry Mallenby, so they started scewing with the boy saying his file is still being reviewed – and still no more payments as of November, 2012 - as RCMP payback!!! After all, must keep the family destitute, as RCMP payback!!!
